Our frequently asked questions page aims to answer many of the queries we receive at The International Centre relating to the facilities and services available.

1. Are WiFi hot spots present in the exhibition halls?

Unfortunately WiFi access is not available in our Halls. Exhibitors requiring internet access need to order a wired connection for their stand (ISDN and Broadband are available). The relevant order forms should be available in your Exhibitor Packs or can be requested direct from tic stagecraft: sales@ticstagecraft.com

2. What facilities are there for disabled customers

The International Centre prides itself on being an accessible venue for everyone. There are disabled parking bays on-site, near to the main entrance, and there is a lift available within the venue providing access to the first floor if needed.
If you are attending a concert or live event at The International Centre please mention any special needs when booking your ticket to ensure we provide the best possible service for you.
There are disabled toilet facilities throughout the venue.
